BVSC Application Process
Students can pursue B.V.Sc degree programmes after completion of 10+2 from recognised boards and institutions. Candidates will have to appear for an entrance examination which is conducted by various universities. Students can also appear for some state level and national level entrance examinations.
- Entrance: Candidates are shortlisted on the basis of the entrance examinations conducted by the different colleges and universities. Scores in these entrance exams and Class XII percentage are considered during the BVSC admission. To take admission in BVSC programme, Veterinary Council of India (VCI) conducts All India Common Entrance Exam (AICEE).
- Merit: Candidates are shortlisted through institutional qualifying exams, group discussions and personal interviews. Some universities and colleges generate their own cut-off list, and if candidates have fulfilled that criterion then are eligible to take admission in BVSC programme.
